Working Principle

When the pressure in the equipment rises above the permissible value, the medium pressure to overcome the spring or hammer and other mechanical loads, push the valve open, the medium discharged to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise;

When the pressure is reduced to the specified value, the spring force makes the valve flap back to close, preventing the medium from continuing to flow out, thus protecting the safe operation of equipment.

Feature:

It is 100% compatible with API 526 and meets the requirements of API 520 standard, with standardized size and capacity.

Single fittings, vapor/gas/liquid internal parts are the same, which can save the maintenance cost, and fewer parts, strong interchangeability, easy maintenance.

LESER nano tightness technology makes the sealing exceed 50% of API 527 tightness requirement.

Equal diameter design for higher discharge capacity at the same nominal size.
