Recommended API Ball Valves

Introduction:

API pipeline ball valves are suitable for Class150~Class1500, working temperature -28~300℃.

API pipeline ball valves for the applicable media: oil, purified natural gas, acid natural gas, coal gas, water and coal slurry and other media.

API pipeline ball valve drive device operating mode: manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, gas-liquid linkage.

Feature:

In the unlikely event of a fire or due to abnormal temperature rise so that the seat seals burned or softened, the valve operation is still reliable, at the same time, the seat and the ball to form a metal-to-metal contact, to achieve a temporary sealing effect, preventing the fire from expanding further in line with the provisions of APIFA.

Unscrewing the venting device can check whether the valve seat leakage occurs, but also can discharge the middle chamber stagnant material to reduce the media pollution of the valve. In working condition, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the packing box of the valve stem can be replaced.

The stem part seal adopts PTFE packing and 0-ring, especially suitable for gas medium. Valve stem moving part adopts high quality SF self-lubricating bearing, which makes the friction system smaller and reduces the operating torque.
